Automation Engineer

Job description:
  • Designing, configuring, and programming industrial automation and robotics systems in Poland and abroad.
  • Monitoring, diagnosing, and maintaining control systems.
  • Integrating automation systems with other components of production systems.
  • Developing technical documentation and reports from automation activities.
  • Collaborating with a team of engineers to improve existing systems.
Requirements:
  • Skills and experience in programming PLC controllers (Siemens), HMI visual systems, and industrial robots (ABB/FANUC).
  • Technical education in Automation and Robotics, electronics, or related fields.
  • Ability to read technical documentation (technical drawing, electrical schematics).
  • Proficiency in English, allowing for effective communication in an international environment.
  • Willingness for occasional business trips.

Process Engineer

Your responsibilities:
  • Participate in developing and implementing new technological processes related to plastic processing.
  • Modify injection processes on machines to improve efficiency and quality of components.
  • Conduct technological trials and define requirements for production processes in current production and new projects.
  • Prepare and update process specification sheets.
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve set goals.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Technical education in a relevant field (production engineering, materials engineering, mechanics, or related).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company (plastics processing industry or foamable materials technology).
  • Knowledge of the EPP technological process (or possibly EPS).
  • Ability to read technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in English, allowing for effective communication.
  • Willingness for occasional business trips.
  • Analytical thinking ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to cooperate and build positive relationships with other people involved in the production processes.
